Traditional Chinese Medicine and 5 Elements
We began with a series of stretches to warm and introduce the different meridians and proceeded to have a bit of a whistle stop tour of them all. More theory than practical this month I have to report, but nonetheless such important work which is creating a framework of reference for the rest of our studies.
