Calm Mind & Better Sleep

The Fire element supports us when the mind feels busy and rest is hard to find. Working with these points can calm the heart, settle the system, and invite a sense of ease and restful quiet so you can experience a greater sense of peace.

Digest & Ground

The Earth element supports us to return to centre when life feels busy, heavy, or unsettled. Working with these points can soothe digestion, calm an overactive mind, and bring a sense of grounding and gentle nourishment.

Breathe & Release

The Metal element invites us to soften our grip and let go—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Working with these points can ease the chest, support the lungs, and bring a quiet sense of clarity and renewal.

Boost Energy & Vitality

The Water element supports us when energy feels low and reserves are depleted. Working with these points can restore vitality, strengthen the kidneys, and reconnect you to a deeper sense of resilience and inner steadiness.

Ease Tension & Headaches

The Wood element supports us when tension builds and energy feels stuck or restricted. Working with these points can ease tightness, relieve headaches, and encourage a smoother, more flexible flow through the body.

Gentle Meridian Brushing

A gentle movement pattern designed to both soothe and energise the whole body.  This can be repeated several times, offering an opportunity to connect with your energy and find comfort in familariaty and repetition of movement.  You can choose to work lightly ‘on the body’ or ‘just off the body’.
